JUST MAGIC

Just Magic is a must-see 55-foot Ocean Alexander yacht, found to be in excellent condition. This vessel has undergone numerous updates and enhancements, notably including a fresh topside paint job in 2021 (from rub rail up), and it comes equipped with a 10-foot AB tender powered by a 30hp outboard engine. Featuring a galley with full-size appliances, a separate washer and dryer, fin stabilization and Caterpillar power, this 55-foot Ocean Alexander, with its three guest cabins, is quite possibly the perfect cruising couple’s yacht! Upon entering the salon from the aft deck through the sleek stainless steel and glass aft door, you’ll encounter two stressless lounge chairs with ottomans to the port side you will find solid wood cabinetry, while a custom sofa with a chaise lounge rests on the starboard side. Further ahead, there’s additional cabinetry and an entertainment center. Ascend forward up two steps into pilothouse and discover the galley situated to starboard, complemented by a settee to port. The full helm, featuring a Stidd helm seat, is positioned centerline forward. Convenient side deck access doors grace each side. Forward to starboard are stairs leading down to the three staterooms. Access to the flybridge is facilitated by internal stairs from the pilothouse’s port aft section and a stainless steel and teak ladder from the aft deck.

Engine room entry is accessed through the lazarette. The generous headroom measures 6 feet 9 inches in the salon and pilothouse, 6 feet 1 inch in the engine room, 6 feet 4 inches in the master stateroom and port guest stateroom, and 6 feet 5 inches in the forward guest stateroom.

Just Magic offers a three stateroom and two head layout. The full beam master stateroom is amidships with an over-sized queen berth and ensuite head, the port guest stateroom offers side by side single berths and the forward guest stateroom offers an island queen berth. The guest head and shower are to starboard, with direct access from the forward guest stateroom.

The large, open, and airy salon offers a stainless steel and glass door aft with a Phantom roll away screen door, reading lights, opening starboard aft window, large side windows with shades and it is open to the raised pilothouse forward and there is a huge pass-through window to the galley. There are two stressless lounge chairs and ottomans with a cabinet to port, a custom sofa and hi/lo table to starboard, more cabinetry starboard forward and an entertainment/wine cabinet port forward. The sole is carpet (new 2023), and the trim and veneer are Senwood, which adds to the light and airy feel. 

The galley is located starboard aft in the raised pilothouse and offers a huge pass-through window to the salon.

The raised pilothouse offers a full helm centerline forward with a Stidd helm seat, a settee to, carpet, soled steps to the flybridge port aft, steps to the staterooms starboard forward and side deck access doors on each side with Phantom roll away screen doors.

The full beam master stateroom is amidships and offers a centerline, over-sized queen berth (with storage underneath), (3) portlights and Soji screens, (3) cedar-lined hanging lockers, storage drawers and cabinets, nightstands, reading lights, full-length mirror, mirrored aft wall, carpet, LG flat screen TV,  and an ensuite head with enclosed shower.

The forward guest stateroom offers an island queen size berth (with storage underneath), (2) portlights with curtains and an overhead deck hatch, (2) cedar-lined hanging lockers, storage drawers and cabinets and nightstands. There is direct access to the guest head with enclosed shower.

The large flybridge offers a Bimini top, hinged arch, non-skid deck, full helm starboard forward with two Stidd helm seats, a large U-shaped settee (new cushions 2022) with expanding teak table to starboard, a forward-facing bench seat with cabinetry to port and a sliding hatch with steps to the pilothouse. The tender and stainless steel and teak ladder to the aft deck are aft.

The covered aft deck offers a teak deck, molded-in steps to each side deck, transom door, folding table, cabinetry forward, aft helm controls, stainless steel, and teak ladder to the flybridge, freshwater shower, sunshade, removable Marquipt stainless steel and teak boarding steps for each side and a stainless steel and glass door to the salon.
